SeyaanaFix provides technology that helps customers discover and contact independent service providers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, SeyaanaFix is not the provider performing the booked service.

Accounts and information

Users must provide accurate information, protect their account credentials and avoid using the platform for unlawful, misleading or abusive activity.

Provider responsibilities

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their business details, licences, prices, availability, work quality, staff, insurance and compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

Bookings and payments

A request submitted through the platform is not necessarily a confirmed booking until accepted by the provider. Final scope, timing, price, payment method, warranty and cancellation terms should be confirmed with the provider.

Content and acceptable use

Users may not upload malicious code, unlawful material, false reviews, infringing content or files intended to compromise the platform or other users.

Limitation and changes

Marketplace information can change and availability is not guaranteed. These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
